A Davenport man claimed a $2 million Mega Millions® prize on Friday that he won in the game’s giant jackpot drawing nearly a month earlier and plans to split the winnings with his stepfather.

China's Guangdong Rising Assets Management made a third takeover offer for Australian copper and gold miner PanAust, valuing the company at A$1.1 billion (HK$6.6 billion), 26 per cent less than just 10 months ago.
